Shipping & Delivery Information

Shipping and handling charges are based on your subtotal order amount, calculated after applicable discounts and before sales tax.

Fiercely Built Branded Items:

  • Processing time: Refers to order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Items will usually take between 4-9 business days (after processing) to arrive at their destination.

  • Pre-order items will have delayed shipping time due to processing. Please review pre-order timeline listed on the 'pre-order page.'

Imported Items: 

  • Processing time: Refers to order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. There will be order processing time, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 20 business days (after processing) to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
